Weight Restrictions:
· Microlights & Bat Hawk: The weight limit is 100 kilograms per client, clients exceeding this limit will not be able to fly.
Wait Time: Please note that there may be a wait upon arrival at the Maramba Aerodrome. This wait could be due to the aircraft being airborne, undergoing pre-flight checks, or other clients waiting to fly. Weather and safety checks may also contribute to a wait of up to 30 minutes. Please do bear with us should you find we have such situations on the ground.
Livingstone's Adventure
Throughly enjoyed the experience and the information given to by the pilot during the flight. Felt safe at all times. We did the 30 minute long flight which we felt was better value for money because the extra allowed us to circlr around the falls 3 times, as well as fly over the island up river and into the small national park to see a range of animals up close. The pilot descended to a safe but closer view of elephants. Rhinos, hippos y crocs y other snimals. It was like a safari in the sky. In relation to safety, ground crew and pilot monitored the ground tempreture. Wind etc constantly to ensure it was safe to fly. We were delayed in our flight for 90 minutes due to ground tempreture being too high. This is something we appreciated - JOHN
The flight was awesome, but there are few things which I would like to highlight: 1. We were told to take an earlier flight one day before the booking date, so we had a very rush breakfast, which is not good for a flight immediately. think unless there is really some unavoidable reasons, it is best and fair to keep the booking time. 2. The counter charged us another 60usd, saying that they short-charged us. Although we find it totally unreasonable-----how can a payment already made and later claimed that it was a higher fee? As it was early morning and not able to contact anybody from your office, we paid the 60USD. We were actually told just to pay $4pp for fuel surcharge at check in. I honestly think that this is unacceptable attic. 3. There is only one flight available instead of two, so we ahve to take turn instead of flying at the same time with my partner, this make it less fun and longer waiting time. It is a pity these things happened, otherwise it is a great experience. I am not sure whether to recommend friends taking part, especially the higher fees issue. - Louis

Le vol en lui meme etait super. Mais il faut savoir que cela se passe en Zambie et non au Zimbabwe , donc il faut prevoir des visas, payant ! En plus la communication est tres mauvaise , notre vol a ete reporte,,mais personne ne nous a averti ? Nous sommes alles 2 fois au rendez-vous pick-up et personne n'est venu nous chercher , on a du se debrouiller tout seul. - Challandes
