Together with my family we had a great experience. I did one sunset cruise before, but it was my first time with this company. My parents, aunts and uncles were amazed. As well I liked it a lot. Great staff, nice drink services and tasty snacks. Always the staff was with an eye on you when the glass was empty. Very helpful as well. Nice driving of the boat and spectacular landscapes. The lady there who served our drinks was rude and impatient. When I clarified which drinks were inclusive to the package and which were not, she showed her white eyes to me and I can feel that she was not happy serving me, which made me also annoyed about spending money to have such unpleasant service. - Jiewen Zhong

Due to the close proximity of Maramba Aerodrome to the Zambezi River, the helicopters are over the spectacular scenery of the Zambezi River within 30 seconds after take-off.

Helicopter Seating Preference: We understand that many clients prefer window seats. While we do our best to accommodate seat preferences, please note that specific seating arrangements cannot be guaranteed.
Weight Restrictions:
· Helicopter: Our weight limit policy for helicopter flights is 110 kilograms per client. If a client exceeds this limit and still wishes to fly, we can make adjustments by charging for an additional seat. However, please be aware that if a client cannot securely fit within the seat belt due to size limitations, we regretfully cannot accommodate them for safety reasons.

Wait Time: Please note that there may be a wait upon arrival at the Maramba Aerodrome. This wait could be due to the aircraft being airborne, undergoing pre-flight checks, or other clients waiting to fly. Weather and safety checks may also contribute to a wait of up to 30 minutes. Please do bear with us should you find we have such situations on the ground.
I booked and paid in full , read terms and conditions stated once paid no extra charge , we were then charged extra 33 dollars , our hotel offered same 15 minutes flight for 40 dollars less so would not recommend - Stephen Woolley
Don't trust this company. We made a reservation using this website, booking #7612-67E7 for a helicopter flight for 3 adults scheduled for June 8, 2026. The hello experience was great The booking experience with Wild Horizons was a DISGRACE I booked on their platform for 9:30am flight and paid Then 2 days later they confirmed my booking for 3:30pm They would not change this or apologize after I followed up 3 times.
