Logistics surrounding the sunset cruise were well planned, although I did have to inquire about the pick-up time at the hotel. This information could be included when the reservation is made. The cruise itself was very nice. The staff sere courteous and attentive. We did not see much wildlife, but there are several possible reasons (temperature, rainfall, etc.). The boat moved extremely slowly, however, so we were not able to cover much of the river in the time allotted. I would suggest cruising a bit faster. - Darrell Smith
Excellent in one word. Enjoyed the tranquility of the upper deck. The serenity of the way the boat glided through the water. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much to ask. There was plenty of food because would not call the volume of what was given snacks , it was supper! Plenty to drink as well free spirits mixers and beer. I has a great time planning cocktails ? could make with the sports and mixers you had available. That's one suggestion I could make is that you can advertise that you offer cocktails as well ! Wades bonus we did see hippos and birds. Lastly the captains commentary was informative without been intrusive. - Radrie Cole
Wonderful sunset cruise on the African Queen. Nice viewing of animals on shore and hippos in the water. Excellent snacks--almost a dinner. Thoroughly enjoyed the 2 hours on the Zambezi during celebration of our wedding anniversary. - James Moore
A lovely experience with a wonderful African sunset to make it even more special. Staff were friendly and efficient even with so many people on board. Fly over the incredible scenery of the Zambezi River, circle over the Falls and the islands then return to the Maramba Aerodrome.
Due to the close proximity of Maramba Aerodrome to the Zambezi River, the helicopters are over the spectacular scenery of the Zambezi River within 30 seconds after take-off.

Helicopter Seating Preference: We understand that many clients prefer window seats. While we do our best to accommodate seat preferences, please note that specific seating arrangements cannot be guaranteed.
Weight Restrictions:
· Helicopter: Our weight limit policy for helicopter flights is 110 kilograms per client. If a client exceeds this limit and still wishes to fly, we can make adjustments by charging for an additional seat. However, please be aware that if a client cannot securely fit within the seat belt due to size limitations, we regretfully cannot accommodate them for safety reasons.

Wait Time: Please note that there may be a wait upon arrival at the Maramba Aerodrome. This wait could be due to the aircraft being airborne, undergoing pre-flight checks, or other clients waiting to fly. Weather and safety checks may also contribute to a wait of up to 30 minutes. Please do bear with us should you find we have such situations on the ground.
The helicopter experience itself was wonderful. The wait time after we got to the port was about an hour and a half. This was after we changed our reservation last minute due to a technical issue. Although I am sure this was one of the unusual events. I wished the time could have been better managed. - Keiko Maeda
Myself and three of my family took the helicopter flight over Victoria Falls on 5th February. We had a great time and the view of the Falls from above was spectacular. The pilot pointed out places of interest and we flew over our hotel which was brilliant. Altogether a very enjoyable experience and one that I would fully recommend. - Anne Dodds

It was my first flight in a helicopter and it was amazing. I've been to a lot of places where flights are offered, but I think, here is the place to do it! The huge size of the waterfalls is only visible from above. Everybody of the team - from the driver to the pilot - is very friendly and helpful. We took the helicopter ride over the Falls with our children and we all absolutely loved the experience- glorious views over this awesome natural wonder! We were lucky to see a family of elephant on the bank of the Zambezi river as we were heading back to the airfield, as a lovely extra bonus.
